In order to serve our community and to address various health concerns, we are now offering online groups. We understand that for many people the current health crisis has strained both emotional and financial resources. For this reason, we wish to support our community by offering these virtual groups for free. We will continuously monitor the current health guidelines, and if these standards of care change to permit us, we will transition online groups to in-person groups when it is safe to do so.

Parenting in a COVID-19 World
Overwhelmed with trying to keep your kids on some sort of a routine? Feeling stressed after home-schooling your kids? Summer plans in disarray? This support group is for parents who feel burnt out, isolated, and need some extra support dealing with recent disruptions due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Join our parent support group to connect with other parents during this difficult time. We’ll explore how you are surviving and share practical tools for weathering parenting ups and downs. 6 week group – starting May 19

Pathway Forward in Uncertain Times: For Young Adults
Feeling stressed and isolated during the Coronavirus crisis? Many young adults have lost their jobs or are struggling with distance learning, working from home, and social isolation. If this sounds like you, join us as we offer support and process how this disruption in our daily functioning can innovate our lives moving forward. This virtual group will be a safe space to share your struggles with other young adults like you. We’ll also explore how you’ve succeeded during this time and how you can adapt to move forward with the knowledge you have now. 6 week group starting – May 21
